Panda Restaurant Group, parent company of Panda Express, Panda Inn, Hibachi-San, and Wasabi at CityWalk, required a host of digital and printed collateral for their seasonal campaigns and other marketing needs.

Panda Inn is a small chain of sit-down restaurants that serve Mandarin and Szechwan cuisine. I designed items to support seasonal menus, specials, and promotions. These assets included table tents, menus, check presenters, waiting area signs, and certificates.
Branding
The concept development team of Hibachi-San, Panda's teppanyaki restaurant chain, needed a dire rebrand. I was tasked to ideate logo concepts that would later be passed on to an agency to finesse and used as a foundation for the branding.
Employee Training
Outside of my regular assignments, I was reached out by the Panda Learning & Development department to work on an initiative to restructure employee onboarding process. One of the components of this project was to make the training materials more engaging and illustrative. One of the sections educated on the variety of dishes and proper food portions, so I created an illustration for the introduction screen.
